However, you are able to cancel all future consultations or services or products that have not yet been charged by canceling your consultation plan and/or subscription before the next scheduled follow up consultation or charge, by going to the “your consultation plans” page located in your account main page.

Emergencies & Severe Side Effects
If you have an emergency or are experiencing a major side effect, please go to your nearest local emergency room or hospital.
Minor side effects
If you have a non-emergent minor side effect from using the prescribed medications, please stop using the medications and read the drug information sheet that came with the medication or see the links below (if these are missing, please look up the drug information by going to www.drugs.com).

But, if you have a specific question not answered above and you have already placed an order for a consultation, you can ask your question by going to our “orders page” and clicking “Ask Question”. We will try to answer your questions as soon as we can during normal business hours. However, due to weekends, holidays, off hours, or surge of questions, it may take up to 1-2+ days for us to respond to your question. When we do, we will try to notify you by email. Or, you can check the “Ask Question” section on our orders page for our response.
