I heard there is a refund if you qualify as a patient but then you are denied a prescription by the provider?

Yes.

The medical care provider who evaluates your case at each consultation completely controls whether you get a prescription or not. Of course, if he or she denies you a prescription, we will not mail out any drugs.

But, you do not have any risk, because we will refund you the amount paid for that particular consultation in which you did not get a prescription. (Not including previous consultations where you did get a prescription).

By the way, some of our biggest competitors will not give you a refund if you are denied a prescription by their providers.

I heard there are no cancellation fees if I decide to cancel my consultation subscription plan?

We do not charge a fee to cancel your consultation subscription plan.

Furthermore, you can cancel the consultation subscription plan (excluding already charged consultations) yourself at any time by logging into your account and clicking “cancel”.

But, if you do not do your follow up consultation continuously, we can also cancel your consultation subscription plan.

So, I heard that a follow up consultation is required to continue this treatment?

Absolutely. Our medical care provider must know your health conditions and any side effects that you may have experienced in order to continue to safely prescribe you this drug.

So, you must answer follow up questions at a follow up consultation every 30, 60, 90, or 180 days depending on your plan in order to continue your treatment.

Basically, you do that by logging into your account then clicking “Follow Up” when the time comes. We will try to notify you by email.

Remember, if you do not do your follow up consultation continuously, we can cancel your consultation subscription plan.

How to use topical clindamycin (generic Cleocin®)?

Wash your face and hands with soap and pat them dry before you apply topical clindamycin (generic Cleocin®). You can also wash your face with facial cleanser that includes salicylic acid, but it may dry and irritate your face.

If you have pustules and you want to release the pus, you can do that now. When you do, wash your face again with soap then dab it dry. If your acne is bleeding or if you just released pus, be sure to disinfect the area with rubbing alcohol and then dab it dry with tissue. Make sure no acne is bleeding or wet before you apply topical clindamycin (generic Cleocin®).

Shake the bottle. Disinfect your fingertips with rubbing alcohol and let them dry. Use the applicator top to dab onto focused areas with inflamed acne and spread out topical clindamycin. Repeat so that you have done this for all your inflamed acne.

Note: you only need to dab topical clindamycin (generic Cleocin®) onto acne that is red, swollen, and inflamed. You do not need to dab it on normal areas. Also, the acne areas just need to be thinly covered, not dripping wet, otherwise you might use up your topical solution very quickly.

You should then apply benzoyl peroxide cream onto all inflamed acne areas as well as possible future acne areas.

Do I need to go on a waiting list to place orders?

How to store topical clindamycin (generic Cleocin®)?

Keep the lid tight when not using. Store in a cool place away from heat, sunlight, and moisture. Avoid contaminating the content of the bottle with your hands or other objects.

Benefits, alternatives, risks, side effects

Patients use topical clindamycin (generic Cleocin®) 1% solution to treat mild to moderate inflammatory acne. It is especially effective when used together with benzoyl peroxide (not included). Of course, as everyone is different, its effectiveness will vary from person to person.

Some alternatives include: using benzoyl peroxide by itself, or using topical tretinoin cream by itself.

Some people such as people allergic to clindamycin or lincomycin, people with chronic inflammation of the small or large intestines, children younger than 12, or pregnant or nursing women should not use clindamycin. Using clindamycin may also increase your risk of getting inflammation of the intestines. Also, for some people, it may not work to control more severe forms of acne, especially if used as a stand-alone product.

As 30 ml should be enough for 1 month, so 60 ml should last 2 months especially if you are doing spot treatments.

We highly recommend you use benzoyl peroxide with clindamycin solution (generic Cleocin®), as studies have shown that results are much better when they are used together.

But, we highly recommend you use benzoyl peroxide together with clindamycin solution (generic Cleocin®). You can buy benzoyl peroxide cream cheaply at your local pharmacy or online. If you have never used benzoyl peroxide, you can start at the 2.5% strength, then gradually increase to the 5% strength or more as needed. However, the higher the strength the more red and irritated your skin may look and feel.
